Why do cars have two fans?

One is radiator fan, the other is air conditioning radiator fan.

1. Automobile radiator assembly: water chamber, water outlet chamber and radiator core. It is an indispensable and important component in the cooling system of automobile water-cooled engine, and is developing towards the direction of light weight, high efficiency and economy. The structure of automobile radiator is also constantly adapting to new development.

2. Function of automobile cooling system: It is to keep the automobile in an appropriate temperature range under all working conditions. Automobile cooling system can be divided into air cooling and water cooling. Taking air as the cooling medium is called air cooling system, and taking coolant as the cooling medium is called water cooling system.

The radiator core shall have enough flow area to allow coolant to pass through, and also enough air flow area to allow sufficient air to pass through to take away coolant and transfer heat to the radiator. At the same time, it must have enough heat dissipation area to complete the heat exchange between coolant, air and heat sink.
